Our services are available to anyone in need, regardless of age, gender, race, or religion. You can reach out by filling in the intake form on this page, calling us at 0468 482 023, or emailing help@birchfoundation.org.au. You can also visit us in person at 3/99 Ashmore Rd, Bundall QLD. Our team will assess your situation and connect you with the appropriate support.
We welcome volunteers aged 16 and over (under 18s require parental consent). No prior experience is necessary — just a genuine willingness to help. All volunteers receive an induction and any training needed for their role. You can apply through our Get Involved page or email volunteer@birchfoundation.org.au.
You can donate online through our Donate page using a credit/debit card or bank transfer. We also accept in-person donations at our Op Shop & Coffee Bar Southport. Physical item donations such as clothing, non-perishable food, and toiletries are accepted during opening hours. All financial donations of $2 and over are tax-deductible.
Yes. Birch Foundation is a registered Australian charity. All monetary donations of $2 and over are fully tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your records that can be used when lodging your tax return. For large or corporate donations, please contact us directly so we can provide appropriate documentation.
