About The Expo

What is the Care & Lifestyle Expo?

The Care & Lifestyle Expo is a community-focused event organised by Birch Foundation, connecting local residents with health, wellness, and lifestyle providers. It's a space where businesses, service providers, and community organisations come together under one roof to showcase their offerings.

All proceeds from stallholder registrations support Birch Foundation's charitable programs, including domestic violence support, homeless care packages, and the Thursday Giveback Initiative.

Book a Stall

Showcase your brand while supporting domestic violence and homelessness initiatives. As a stallholder, you'll gain exposure to community members actively seeking health, wellness, and lifestyle solutions.

Each stall includes:

1 x 1.8m trestle table

2 x chairs

2m x 2m exhibition space

Event promotion & marketing

Important Information

Insurance: Participants must have current public and product liability insurance with minimum $10M cover.
Setup: Setup from 9:20 AM on event day. 1.8m trestle table and 2 chairs provided.
Pack-up: Move-out strictly between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM.
Allocation: Sites allocated on first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

No refunds within 14 days of the event.
50% refund for cancellations 15–21 days before with valid written reason.
Bookings may be transferred to another upcoming event subject to availability.
